We will analyze OMSs' knowledge and attitudes regarding PALTC as a result of interaction with an interdisciplinary team of providers. Additionally, the acquisition of clinical skills will be assessed through analysis of their development of integrated plans of care that encompass appropriate disciplines and services for individuals residing in PALTC. Behaviors will be assessed via 360 degree evaluations.
